Warranty and Return
Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days after delivery. After this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If a product has been damaged or incorrectly dispatched, we will rectify the defect free of charge.
Please contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be submitted to orders@trisphere.nl immediately after the defect is discovered.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
