Formulation Procedure:
Add sodium cocoyl isethionate to water and heat to approximately 80 °C without stirring. Once the SCI has melted, begin stirring.
Slowly add the tara gum in portions to prevent clumping. Continue stirring until the solution is homogeneous.
Allow the mixture to cool to approximately 45 °C, then add decyl glucoside, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, and lauryl hydroxysultaine.
Add the pearling agent (optional) and continue stirring while allowing the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Adjust the pH to 5.5–6.0 and add the preservative.
