All prices listed include VAT.

Free sample

For every €20 spent (excluding shipping), you’re entitled to choose one free sample from our webstore. For example: a €20 order qualifies for 1 free sample, €40 for 2 samples, and so on. You may even request the same sample multiple times — for instance, 3 of the same sample with a €60 order. However, please note that purchasing the product directly will always be more cost-effective.

Free samples are intended to let you try a product before committing to a larger purchase and are not meant as replacements. The size or amount of each sample depends on the actual price of the material and typically does not exceed a nominal value of €1–2.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled up until the moment they are handed over to the courier. When requesting a cancellation, please ensure that your order number is provided. You may inform us via WhatsApp to stop your order from being processed; however, an email is required to formally cancel the order and receive a refund.

Custom order

As a customer, you are not limited to the quantities specified in our webstore. You are welcome to request any amount you may need. Please contact us at orders@trisphere.nl
